Data sources & coverage

Forge serves an owned, licensed-producer corpus: 319,552 Florida insurance producers and 3,099,787 carrier appointments, measured 2026-09-23. Coverage within that corpus is 99.99% NPN. Records carry a 7-day freshness window, exposed as enriched_at and stale_after on every result.

Licensing data only. Forge does not return producer contact data: no email, phone, business address or mailing address. Third-party contact enrichment providers are not part of the Forge API.

What Forge actually serves today

Each lookup returns the producer’s licensing record from the owned corpus:

Today the practical limit is the corpus itself: Florida producers only. Multi-state expansion is a roadmap item, and this page will carry the measured numbers when it lands.

Why this matters vs. ZoomInfo/Apollo

Forge is not a general B2B contact database and does not try to be one. It is narrow and deep: every record is a licensed insurance producer carrying NPN, licence number and status, lines of authority, CE status and carrier appointments — fields a horizontal contact database does not model at all. What that means in practice:

Compliance & data governance

Producer licence data is public record published by the Florida DFS. Any future third-party provider will be required to comply with GDPR, CCPA and relevant US state privacy laws. Suppression lists (bounces, unsubscribes, TCPA opt-outs) are honored portfolio-wide across all Jon Lynch Financial Group sales tools.
